What you'll need:
- 1 x foam wreath (I bought mine from Spotlight for under $3)
- 1 x large Little Tee Tee doilies in beige
- 10 fabric flowers (I used Little Tee Tee's peonies in Candied Ginger)
- Decorations - I used the Vintage button & 1 x petite dotty flower & 1 x small doily from the Little Tee Tee range
- Hot glue gun
Step 1 - Cut the doily just past the centre mark.
Step 2 - Place the doily over one section of the foam wreath & stretch it in half. Make sure the edge of the doily covers as much of the base as possible.
Step 3 - Use the hot glue gun to attach the doily around the base. Glue about half of the doily circumference first. CAUTION: the glue will seep through the doily & could burn you if you're not careful!
Step 4 - Now stretch the inside of the doily & glue down to the half way mark again.
Step 5 - Glue the outside of the other half of the doily, & then the inside. You will end up with about a quarter of the foam uncovered. You'll also have a little section bare where you cut the doily in half. This won't be visible once hanging on your door!
Step 6 - Glue the first lot of fabric flowers around the outside of the uncovered foam. Then glue a row on top of the foam, then lastly on the inside of the wreath.
Step 7 - Use the hot glue gun to attach your desired decorations ... and you're done!
