DIY - Easter bunny ears!

Posted by Administrator on 4/4/2014 to Tutorials / Craft ideas

This year my daughters wanted something a little prettier than the plain $2 Shop bunny ears... And this is what they created!

What we used:
A pair of shop bought bunny ears (unless you wish to make them from scratch)
Large glitter rose
2 x white silk flowers
1 x dotty fabric flower
1 x daisy
1 x hot pink chrysanthemums
Hot glue gun

Step 1
Snip the wire stems off the flowers and then play around with where you want to place each flower on the headband.

Step 2
Start with the largest flower, adhere hot glue on the base...

... place on your headband and hold firmly in place for a few seconds until the glue dries.

... Do this for each of the flowers, working from largest to smallest.

Once you have the large flowers placed, fill in the gaps with your smaller flowers.

And there you have your gorgeous new bunny ears, ready for our Easter hat parade and egg hunts!
